REGISTRATION FOR COMMUNITY SESSION
Leapers, Bridge Builders, Tradition Holders: Response Styles to Change
We are holding a ORSC Community Series event for the first time and we would love for you to join us. We would like to invite you, fellow ORSC-ers (ORSC Alumni) based in Singapore as this would be a great opportunity for all of us to get acquainted in this growing community. In addition to getting to know each other, we thought you might also be keen on learning more about Response Styles to Change. Our Director of Faculty Development of CRR Global, Maddie Weinreich who will be in town, will be sharing on using ORSC tools for Response Styles to Change. This session is designed to provide some useful information on how people respond to change. We know that adapting to change is one of the most challenging aspects of today’s workplace. In this fast moving era, it is useful to have a model for how change occurs in organizations, and how people respond to it. This session will support your ability to work with change by providing the following: ◦Recent data on the speed and impact of change in organizations ◦A simple model for how organizations change ◦Information on different ways people respond in the face of change and how to get the best out of each response style ◦An opportunity to apply the learning directly to your own work place. Working with the cultural/behavioral aspects of change can be more challenging than the technological aspects. Everyone has different response styles to change and each response style is necessary for effective sustainable change. You will learn about and appreciate different response styles to change and leave with some practical tools. This session is designed to be real, practical, lively, engaging, and fun.
